We think the  most important considering key points for good mould design are: Mould size,mould life,cavity,gate position and types,shrankage of plastics, runner systems,tolerance and customer's cost best saving way ect.

We manufacture both simple and complex big moulds , after got customer's mould design approval, we begin the mould production with the begining of mould base purchasing, and all machining steps will be arragned following. Then all the machines and equipments will do the related machining such as : CNC machine, Engraving machine, Drilling machine, EDM, Wire EDM, Mill Machine, Grinding Machine,Lathe Machine.

As you know, hot runner system is the essential part of a good mould. We are farmilar with cooperation with our supplier of the Hot runners such as YUDO, SYNVENTIVE,INCOE, MASTIP ect. So we can both control the high quality and the lead time including the runner components,runner drawing, runner assembly with the mould.

Our Measureing Instrument:

Profile Projector,  Highly Ruler, Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, Pin Gauge, Radii Gauge

After mould assembly , we do the mould testing and invite customer to visit the toold trials together with us. Or if customer have no time, we then send the related mould testing video,mould testing report with all data remarked ,such as injection machine details, moulding condition, cycle time, temperature, injection speed, ect. Most of mould with T1 ok samples, parts without any problem of burs,sink mark, warpage.  We do fast modification when get customer's requirments, normally 1-3 days finish mould modification freely.

Also we do double injection mould with soft and hard two kind of plastic material to do the injection. We are happy with precision and big complexed mould ,especially for the automotive interior and exterior parts , basket and containers products .

After mould samples confirmed by customer, some moulds with good package and do the related shippment. Some moulds stay with us for the parts injection , here we have 10 injection machines to do the related injection services, from 80tons to 1000 tons. Some electronic parts with hardware inserts assmbly, we have human resource to finish the assembly with cheap cost.  Most of customer ask us to do the injection excatly according to the  plastic mateiral specification and brand which required by himself. The plastic material most are PP, PC, ABS,NYLON, PA6, NY+FG, TPU,TPE ect. We also provide the material data sheets.  All parts with good package and measurment reports, we care every detail untill parts arrive in customer, and also provide the after services .

Nowadays, the silicone products are with hot marketings , especially for the kitchenware, baby products, pet products. So more and more silicone moulds orders cover to us.
