Fatest Mould Lead Time:

Normally mould finish time is 20-30 days, for complex and big one, 40-50 days which depends on the mould structure and size.

Tolerance Meet:

Mould tolerance is +-0.005MM, product tolerance is +-0.02MM, In a word, meet excatly accord to customer drawing requirments.

Large Injection Moulding :

The biggest mould we made is 1.8m *2.2m with weight 16 tons. And the large injection moulding machine is 6000 Tons.

After sales services:

 For any products quality problems, we will replace at our expense. However, we will need to establish a clear quality inspection criteria at the beginning stage of the project.

 We also have an CRM system to keep work history with all customers.
